Testing center of Fujian Changting Golden Dragon Rare Earth Co.,Ltd won the CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation

On August 18, 2015, the Testing Center of Fujian Changting Golden Dragon Rare Earth Co., Ltd officially was authorized with accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS)（Registration No. CNAS L7902）, which means that our testing center has the competence of testing the listed testing objects. The scopes of this accreditation include: Chemical analysis methods of rare earth purities of rare earth metals and their oxides -Lanthanum, praseodymium, neodymium, gadolinium and yttrium; Determination of iron, silicon and chlorine content in rare earth metals and their oxides; Determination of total rare earth contents; 11 kinds of methods of determination of fifteen REO relative content in the ion-absorpted type RE ore. All the testing objects filed by our company passed the qualification, marking a new milestone in the organizational structure, management system, testing equipments, environmental facilities, staffing levels and testing / calibration ability of our company , as well as in the construction of the lab.

Our laboratory was established in 2008, with a full area of 3,600 square meters, among which the testing site occupied 2,400 square meters. Our company has introduced series of advanced testing devices from home and abroad, such as ICP-MS, X-ray fluorescence spectrometers and ICP. Now our company has morethan 70 major instruments and equipments. As our companymatured in the hardware, soft environment and other aspects of laboratory, we started the process to acquire the CNAS accreditation in 2013 by setting up the testing center. Strictly complying with the ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system, the center won the CNAS accreditation certificate after more than two year’s trial run.
